Bench Warrants

Court Orders to Appear should not be ignored.

Every attempt is made to notify plaintiffs when defendants are apprehended.

Parties must inform BCDRS of any change in their employment or personal address within seven days per 23 CSA 4553(a).  Parties can update their information at www.childsupport.state.pa.us or email their information to csbucks@pacses.com.
